Enhancing Missional Leadership Potential
The FullSpectrum Monthly Ministry Forums bring together church leaders, ministry practitioners, and advocates who are navigating intercultural ministry in the real world. Each month, a practitioner or scholar joins to share from their experience — and the conversation goes from there.
These aren't lectures. They're peer gatherings. The format is designed so that the expertise in the room is as valuable as the expertise on screen. Whether you're leading a multiethnic congregation, working with international students, or just beginning to think about what your church's relationship to your immigrant neighbors should look like — this is a room worth being in.
Free. Monthly. No catch.
Presented by Jennifer Garcia — Director of International Student Development, Dallas Theological Seminary
Jennifer is pursuing her EdD in Educational Leadership at DTS, with research focused on student thriving and well-being. She holds a Master of Theology with Old Testament emphasis and brings 26 years of ministry experience to her work with international students navigating life, faith, and belonging in the United States.
Each month, someone doing the work — leading a multiethnic church, directing international student ministry, advocating for just policy — shares what they've learned and what they're still figuring out.
The format reserves significant time for participants to respond, ask questions, and share from their own experience. The people in the room are the curriculum as much as the speaker.
Every forum is connected to the theological and practical framework in FullSpectrum's two 2023 position papers — so the conversation has both roots and application.
